Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe directly and never touch Company OS; Stripe tells us only whether the payment went through.

Questions
Before you choose a plan.
- What is a member?
- A person with an account in the company. Agents are not members; they hold keys, and keys are counted separately.
- Do apps cost extra?
- Some native apps have a separate monthly charge. The listing and install screen show the price before you approve. Partner products may also require their own account or subscription. A higher company plan does not include those separate charges.
- What happens at a limit?
- You will be asked to change plans before adding a member, key or app that exceeds your limit. Existing work stays available.
- What if I downgrade?
- Nothing is deleted. A company over its new limits keeps everything it has and cannot add more of that thing until it is back under the limit or changes plan again.
- Can I take my data out?
- On every plan, at any time, in JSON or as a filing cabinet of Markdown and CSV. It is on the Settings page and it is never throttled.
- How do I pay?
- By card, monthly, through Stripe. Business plans can be invoiced on request. Prices are in pounds; VAT is added where it applies.
