What we process

Company OS processes account information, the company context you add, and operational records such as revisions, agent calls, and delivery events.

How we use it

We use this information to provide the service, keep company history, secure access, diagnose problems, and improve reliability. We do not sell company context.

Model providers

When you choose an AI feature, the content needed for that request may be sent to the configured model provider. AI features are optional and should not be used for information you are not allowed to share.

Your choices

You can update company context, revoke agent credentials, and request account or company deletion. Requests are subject to legal retention duties and reasonable backup windows.
