You may use the service only if you can enter a binding agreement and follow applicable law. You are responsible for the members, agents, and credentials connected to your company.

You keep ownership of the content you add. You grant Company OS the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that content to provide the service.

Do not use Company OS to break the law, access systems without permission, distribute malware, interfere with the service, or expose information you do not have the right to use.

The hosted service may change as the product develops. We may limit or suspend access when needed to protect users, the service, or third parties. Important changes to these terms will be posted here.

Open source parts of Company OS remain governed by their published licenses. These terms apply to the hosted service and do not replace those licenses.
