Tellme

What it does

Forms, submissions, and customer response data. Connect your Tellme account and its form, submission, response, file arrive in the ledger as versioned source snapshots, filed as evidence, with a receipt for every sync. Company OS keeps the source, the history and the review boundary; nothing is written back to Tellme.

What the connection supports

• Syncs form, submission, response, file
• Form submissions table in the Customer department, one row per submission
• Form submissions, 30 days: Submissions received through Tellme in the last 30 days.
• Lands on Customer, Product, Marketing
• Every sync leaves a receipt, including the ones that failed
• Available to agents through Company OS context tools

What installing grants

You see this list again on the install screen, and nothing happens until you approve it there.

1. Confirm your accountIdentify which Tellme account approved.
2. Read your name, workspace and roleHow the connection is labelled.
3. Read your formsRead the forms the account owns.
4. Read completed responsesRead completed replies to those forms.
5. Write the Form submissions tableOne row per form submission in Tellme. Rows are authored by Tellme and keep their history.
6. Seed the Form submissions, 30 days metricBound to form-submissions, weekly.
