HR
People, time off and reviews as tables, with headcount and pending requests as metrics.
by Company OS · Free
Install HRSigns you in, asks which company, then shows exactly what it will add before it does.
What it does
One row per person with their role, team, manager and start date; one row per time-off request with its dates and whether it was approved; one row per review with when it is due and whether it happened. Who is away today is read off the approved requests, headcount is the count of active people, and a review that slipped is visible the day after its due date. It sits on the People shelf beside the role charters and the review cadence the department already holds.
